Companies House have announced some fairly significant fee changes from 1st April 2026.
The ones of most relevance are:
- Incorporation will increase to £100 (was £50)
 - Confirmation statement will increase to £50 (was £34)
 - Voluntary strike off reduce to £13 (was £33)

So thats a fairly significant increase for Incorporations and Confirmation, with a reduction for Strike Offs. Note these are fees for digital submissions – paper will always be more expensive.

Practical implications? If your Confirmation Statement is due in February, it may be worth doing it end of January to save a few pound. Remember the Identification regime for Directors and PSCs starts from 18th November 2025 and will impact the first Confirmation Statement after that date.
