Confirmation Statement Reminders from Companies House

A heads up for any of our clients running Limited Companies.

Companies House no longer (2025) send paper reminders for Confirmation Statements, so it is advised that people register with Companies House for email updates.

We understand that overdue notices for Confirmation Statements will still be sent by paper.

A reminder that a Confirmation Statement is a non financial return, updating Companies House records around addresses, officers, People with Significant Control and similar.   It does not contain accounting and tax data.
