Please let us know whether you prefer to pay your accounting fees annually, in which case they will be invoiced and due for payment on completion of your annual accounts / taxes, or would you prefer to set up a monthly payment.

There is no extra charge for monthly payment, and we normally start this now to smooth payments over a billing cycle. If we need to do work for you imminently, then there may be an upfront payment needed.

Would you like to include FreeAgent Accounting Software in your contract with us?

FreeAgent is a popular accounting package for small businesses, and an alternative to Spreadsheets. VAT registered businesses will be obliged to use a package like FreeAgent from April 2019, and some other business will be mandated over coming years under HMRCs Making Tax Digital Programme.

FreeAgent is not mandatory - we are an Open Platform practice and will work where possible with your choice of software.
